On the road to North Carolina

So we left Atlanta early friday morning to drive to Winston-Salem, I got my place in the back seat ready fro the long drive.  On the way up we stopped in Gaffney South Carolina and had lunch.  The parents ate at a place called Daddy Joe's BBQ.  They brought me some bbq and a hush puppies, that was good. In Gaffeny, they also have a giant peach (see picture below) and a cemetery in the middle of I85 ( of course we didnt stop for a picture of that.

We also stopped to see some werid statue made out of metal. It is a large pieces of steel, which are constantly turning to make different man's faces.

We finally got to Winston _Salem, we went by the mall to find Dad's old Delta office.  And then found our hotel.  I was the most well- behaved dog in the hotel.  You will see me on guard duty.  Pictures should be coming soon of our visit to Old Salem.
